3. Equipment Rental
- Equipment must be operated safely and only for its intended purpose.
- The customer is responsible for providing safe site access and necessary permissions.
- Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized operation will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Rental duration, transportation, operator charges, fuel, and overtime will be agreed upon before work begins.
4. Construction Services
- Project timelines depend on weather conditions, site readiness, material availability, and other practical factors.
- The client shall provide uninterrupted site access and timely approvals.
- Additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
5. Construction Material Supply
- Material prices are subject to market fluctuations.
- Delivery schedules depend on product availability and transportation conditions.
- Customers should inspect materials upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
6. Payments
Payment terms, advance payments, milestone payments, rental charges, and final settlements will be agreed upon before the commencement of work. Delayed payments may affect project schedules or service availability.
7. Warranty
Infra Icon is committed to delivering quality workmanship and reliable services. Any applicable warranty will be specified in the respective project agreement or quotation.
8. Limitation of Liability
